The mediterranean climate at the farm within the California Central Coast coupled with fresh water from our on-site sweet underground water well add to the 6 main ingredients to create perfect olive oil: maintained soil, abundant sunshine, fresh well water, afternoon winds, cool nights, and….. family love.

Being grounded has not only been top family priority, but involving one another in a project together was always our main goal. Originally expecting this to be something just for friends and family, we decided to spread the love, and let others try out our extra virgin olive oil.
